London Driving Academy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this app and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number, date of birth, provisional licence number, theory test details, pickup address, lesson availability, booking and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Why we use it

To arrange and deliver your driving lessons and tests, match you with an instructor, take payment, send booking confirmations and reminders, and — only if you opt in — send offers.

Who we share it with

Your assigned instructor, our payment provider, our email provider and, where needed to book a test, the DVSA. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to marketing, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.
